Ikanos’ family of communications processors complement our broadband DSL products and are designed for a range of devices that deliver high-speed access to the digital home. We offer processors that include integrated broadband as well as standalone products for a variety of applications.
Ikanos’ integrated devices include the G.Vector-compliant Fusiv® Vx185/183, the Fusiv Vx180 and the Capri™ CX96xxx for A/VDSL2 gateways, VoIP Integrated Access Devices (IADs), and bridges. Other integrated devices include the Fusiv Vx160, which is an integrated single-chip processor and ADSL2+/ADSL2/ADSL data pump. The Solos™-W CX94610 and Solos-WV CX94615 chipsets are high speed ADSL2+ chipsets with integrated wireless LAN (CX94610) and wireless LAN and voice (CX94615). And the Vulcan™ GS8120xxxx is an ADSL2/ADSL2+ chipset that enables full-rate, full bridging and routing performance for ADSL Ethernet CPE applications.
In addition to our integrated devices, Ikanos provides a number of standalone processors that support a variety of WAN topologies including PON, DSL, WiMAX and Ethernet. The Fusiv Vx150 and Vx155 are high-performance, cost-effective devices for customer premises equipment that includes bundled voice and data services, switching, routing, packet filtering and firewall functions. And the Fusiv Vx170 was designed expressly for fiber-to-the-home deployments.
