We recruit local top talent primarily in Fremont, California, and in Bangalore and Hyderabad, India. We have a diverse workforce, who speak various languages from French to Hindi. When not at work, our people pursue interests from cross-country cycling to cricket, from flying to playing frisbee. As Ikanos expands its teams, it continues to look for those who share an obsessive commitment to creating engineering and customer perfection—and having a great time doing it.
